Plumbing Service Technician Now Hiring!

Jim & Dude's is looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician in Albert Lea, MN. Jim & Dude's is proud to be family-owned and operated for over 50 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and repair equipment in residences and some light commercial establishments; including water heaters, drain and water lines, plumbing fixtures, gas lines, and pipe modification.
Address customer issues and ensure problem resolution.
Repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures, and drain lines, water lines, water heaters.
Obtaining and maintaining required certifications.
Document work performed in accordance with company procedure.
Maintain and update knowledge of current plumbing code.

Qualifications:

Experience as a service plumber or similar role.
Clean, safe driving record.
Customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
